In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, "Seller" means Discount Home Furnishings, Inc.; "Buyer" means the person, firm, company or corporation by whom the order is given. "Standard shipping charge" means the $5.95 that Discount Home Furnishings, Inc. charges to ship an order.

1.) By agreeing to these terms and conditions the buyer is assuming full responsibility for placing this order. Any shipping cost associated with this order is non-refundable.

2.) The buyer assumes the responsibility of verifying packaged contents and reporting any discrepancies within 5 business days of their reception of the order. In which case, there will be an investigation. If the evidence supports the buyers findings, the seller will be responsible for the correction of said order.

3.) The seller agrees to offer a 30 day return policy. In the instance of a return, the seller reserves the right to withhold the standard shipping charge from any and all orders placed, regardless of the amount charged for shipping.

4.) It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a sufficient deliverable address. If you have different addresses for UPS and USPS deliveries, it is up to the buyer to provide us with this information. Any shipment that is returned to our warehouse due to an insufficient address being supplied by the customer, the order will be processed as a return with all actual shipping charges being withheld from the refund total.

Shipping & Returns

Damaged or Missing Items:
Please Contact Us immediately. Be sure to include your name, invoice ID, phone number, and describe damaged/missing items. We will only accept one claim of damaged/missing items per order, so please be sure you are accurate with your claim. We will not accept claims for damaged or missing items beyond 5 business days after delivery.

All items in our online catalog are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date. The buyer must notify us of their intent to return the items by using the Contact Us form before shipping the items. In order for a refund* to be issued the following criteria must be met**.

All items must be in the original packaging and in new/unused/resellable condition to be eligible for return.

A copy of the packing slip must be included in the package.
You must ship the items back to us at your expense using any carrier of your choice. Please be sure to package your items well and purchase insurance if you feel it is necessary. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

Definition of new/unused/resellable as defined by Discount Home Furnishings Inc: Product in the original undamaged manufacturer packaging with all included undamaged parts & components and packaged in manufacturer packaging just as received with all manufacturer wrapping and protection.

*If ordering samples, you may Contact Us with your intent of the samples and Discount Home Furnishings, Inc may alter all or some of the above return information on an individual order basis at the discretion of Discount Home Furnishings, Inc.

*If your return adheres to the above standards, we will refund 100% of the product purchase price (No shipping charges will be refunded). If your order qualified for free shipping $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

By our standards at Discount Home Furnishings Inc., all items purchased ship from the Discount Home Furnishings Inc or associated vendors warehouses within 2 business days unless major delaying circumstances occur beyond Discount Home Furnishings control. Most orders are delivered within 3 - 7 business days beyond the date the order is placed. If there are any known delaying circumstances pertaining to your order or any products on your order, you will be notified of the delay if the delivery time will exceed 7 business days from the purchase date. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 1 - 5 business days.. You can track your order by clicking on Order Status at the top of any page (Must have an account in order to obtain order status).

Reminder: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a sufficient deliverable address. Only the buyer can verify that their own address is correct. Discount Home Furnishings, Inc has no way of knowing if there is an error in someone's shipping address as provided by the buyer.

Hawaii, Alaska, Peurto Rico, APO, FPO, & all Worldwide Customers:
In order to ship to these locations you, the customer, must Contact Us with a list of items desired. At this point, we will contact you with a shipping quote.

By our standards, here at Discount Home Furnishings Inc., all items, shipping to these locations, ship within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase unless major delaying circumstances occur. In which case, you will be informed of the circumstances and of the estimated additional handling time. To estimate the ship date, add the additional handling time to the standard handling time. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 3-12 business days.


Discount Home Furnishings (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions, Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Our Program (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in Our Program, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with Us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. Message Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received in connection with Our Program. It is best to contact your wireless provider if you have questions regarding your data or text plan. Message frequency varies. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.

Support Instructions: For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email Us at sales@discounthomefurnishings.com. Please note that requests to this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
