Family Values - Founded in 2009, Discount Home Furnishings was formed by the Smith family. The Smith's had been in the construction and cabinet industries for decades. Realizing that home hardware was a sector where companies routinly over priced their low quality items, we set out to source quality hardware to use on our projects. As a result of years of searching, Cosmas Hardware and Designers Impressions were formed. It was then that we opened Discount Home Furnishings to pass on our savings to our customers.

Large Inventory - We have grown over the years. From a two car garage in rural Marion County, KY in 2009 to a 40,000 square foot warehouse in Washington County, KY in 2010. By 2016 we had moved to our current location. We are now operating out of an 82,500 square foot warehouse, complete with an integrated 12,000 square foot order processing facility for small packages and loading docks in the warehouse to load freight for large projects or stock orders. We also have another 50,000 square foot overflow warehouse. These warehouses are always filled with our products so that we can supply you or your business with the quantities you need no matter how large or small the order may be.
